Position Title: SR Engineer/Manager

Position Overview::

Performs conventional and moderately-complex engineering assignments, applying engineering techniques and analyses within a discipline. The Engineer at this level is proficient in the utilization of standard engineering theories and practices, and Company procedures. Some assignments involve CAE (computer aided engineering)/CAD (computer aided design) applications

Specific Responsibilities:

Independently develops and/or supervises the creation of engineering products that meet customer quality requirements. This includes defining the problem, establishing the work scope, preparing the budget and schedule, planning the work, providing technical direction, and reporting the work status.

Typical products may include detailed calculations, drawings, procurement documents, design and installation packages, proposal evaluations, technical reports, and detailed analyses.

Provides support for other engineering activities as required. May supervise one or more subordinates and provide input regarding performance.

May be assigned to a project or organizational team, or as a lead engineer for a specific discipline on a small to intermediate-size project.

Provides input and technical guidance to CAD Designer/Drafters, Designers, and lower-level Engineers working on the same project.

Performs other responsibilities associated with this position as may be appropriate.

Experience with high pressure gas boosters and liquid pumps is preferred

Preferred Education / Experience:

Masters Degree in Mechanical Engineering from accredited university. 10-15 years of progressive experience.

Proficiency in utilizing CAD and other engineering software is required

Position Title:

Assembler/Driver/General Warehouse help

Position Overview:

Entry level position, no experience required. Primary Duties will be the assembly of hydraulic pumps in our production department. Duties may also include picking up and delivery of materials, and shipping. A valid California License and clean driving record would be helpful but not required for your primary duties.

Position Overview:

Responsible for documenting, filing, status control and retrieving of all company documents.

Knowledge of engineering documentation  - including all aspects of document change notification, drawing size formats, copying, plotting, and other necessary reproduction processes.

Experience and working knowledge of CAD software is desirable.
