Available in 2:1 and 4:1 ratio, this compact booster fitting a 4" x 7" silhouette is designed for mounting at the application. Once connected to your existing plant air it will boost the pressure to four times the line pressure. Attaining pressures up to 600 psig (AB4) to provide efficient power for clamping, holding and leveling or any low flow, high pressure applications.

The ABD series of double acting air boosters are available in two ratios 2:1 and 5:1 to take existing plant air and boost pressure by the corresponding ratio. The ABD boosters operate on the same principal as our AB boosters, but are capable of much higher flows. The ABD series can boost pressure up to 1,250 psig (ABD-5) and are easily modified for use with common industrial gases.

The S10304 series power unit packages the ABL-4 compact 4:1 ratio air booster, air filter/regulator and shut off valve a 2.5 gallon receiver and all necessary plumbing together as a turnkey system. All components are mounted to a steel plate with a base for system portability. Just connect a supply line from your existing plant air and run the pressure line from the receiver outlet to the end use and the system is fully operational. This unit provides up to 600 psig air pressure stored in a 2.5 gallon receiver for any end use needing minimal flow and more pressure than your compressor can supply.

The S10300 series power unit incorporates the ABD-2 double acting 2:1 ratio air booster, 15 gallon ASME 250 psig receiver and all necessary components and plumbing onto a heavy duty skid. This unit when connected to plant air supply will double the pressure and store it in the 15 gallon receiver.

Any end use that requires more pressure than your compressor supplies and does not need high air flow will benefit from the 2:1 system.

The S10301 series power unit uses our ABD-5 double acting 5:1 ratio air booster and a 600 psig ASME 5 gallon receiver. The system will increase your existing shop air to 5 times the pressure supplied by your compressor, the boosted air is stored in a 5 gallon receiver for end uses requiring up to 600 psig. All components needed to control air pressures both going into and coming from the unit are supplied along with gauges for precise control.
